How to make
Cut the goat cheese roll into thick slices. It must be cold and freshly taken out from the refrigerator.
Mix the brown sugar with the thyme.
Coat the sides of each slice with a thin layer of honey and dip them in the sugar and spice.
Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat (one degree below the maximum) and bake each piece of cheese for a very short time on both sides.
As soon as it froms an appetizing color, remove it immediately - it happens in seconds. With more time on the heat, the cheese can melt, so be careful and make them in portions - two by two.
Serve them on a fresh salad, grilled vegetables or on their own.
