How to make

In addition to the classic schnitzels made of thinly pounded and breaded steaks, there is another type - with minced meat, which is no less delicious.

When we add yellow cheese to the minced meat schnitzel, it becomes even juicier and much more irresistible.

Mix the minced meat with all the spices, spring onion, salt, eggs, vegetable seasoning and breadcrumbs (or bread soaked in milk).

You need to get a mixture that is not as thick as the one for meatballs.

Divide the minced meat into 4 equal portions and spread out each one, add the yellow cheese and close tightly.

With greased hands, spread it out again into a thin schnitzel and roll it in breadcrumbs.

Fry the schnitzels in hot oil until they aquire a golden color on both sides.

Serve the minced meat and yellow cheese schnitzels with fresh salad, potatoes, stewed vegetables or sauce.

Enjoy your meal!
