How to make
Peel the peppers and peel the garlic. In case your guests are fussy, skip it or crush it and serve in a separate bowl.
Put the cheese, yoghurt, cream, peppers, garlic and walnuts in a blender. Blend them until smooth mixture is obtained or blend so that the pieces of pepper and walnut still remain slightly chunky.
Season with dill, black pepper, lemon juice and a little mixed herbs and salt. If desired, you can add a fresh spice such as parsley.
Refrigerate the cheese spread, so that it can set.
Serve the spread chilled and in company of boiled eggs or tomato salad. Don't forget to add toasted slices of bread or flatbread with butter.
