How to make

It often happens to everyone to have unexpected guests and to have to improvise in the kitchen in order to perform well in front of them and to greet them properly.

Here's an idea for supposedly plain breaded cheese bites, which are actually unusual and more interesting.

With the recipe, I'm just giving you an example, but you can also put different types of cheese according to what's in your fridge, when you unexpectedly have to set the table and make something out of nothing.

I had leftovers of these cheeses, I combined them and in the company of black sesame seeds, something delicious happened. It would work well with goat cheese, sheep milk cheese and also, if Parmesan powder is added. The only condition is to have cream cheese to have a solder and become a firm but creamy paste.

Crumble or mash the cheeses in a bowl with the black pepper. Add the black sesame seeds, stir and refrigerate the mixture, so that it can set.

Make balls out of the mixture. Shape them all at once and then roll them in flour, dip them in the egg, again in flour and finish off with dipping them in the egg. I do it with a spoon, otherwise you will have to wash your hands after each ball and it would be very difficult.

As soon as you remove from the last immersion in the egg, put the balls in hot oil over medium heat. In seconds, the breaded cheeses are ready, so once they turn golden, take them out and place them onto kitchen paper.

Serve them warm with an yogurt, tomato or mayonnaise sauce. If you don't have it on hand, I'll share with you how I serve them and I really like them - I just peel and slice a good tomato, season it with a lot of olive oil, sea salt and finely chopped garlic.

These breaded cheeses for unexpected guests are incredible.

An irreplaceable combination - tomatoes, white cheese and garlic!

Good luck and enjoy!
