How to make
Put two balls of vanilla ice cream into the ice cream sundae bowls.
Sprinkle them with some coconut shavings.
Add 2-3 fruits from the jam and sprinkle with granola.
Also add some of the fig syrup.
Drip a few drops of the liqueur into the coffee. Pour this flavored coffee over the biscotti.
Do soak the biscotti too much!
Place them upright on the ice cream sundae.
Decorate with mint leaves.
