Put the two tea bags of hibiscus tea in 2 cups (400 ml) of boiling water and leave them for 10 minutes to release their flavor. Then remove the tea bags.
When the tea has completely cooled, pour it into a glass jug, add lemon and lime juice and apples. Stir with a long spoon and add cold sparkling water to this kind of non-alcoholic cocktail.
