Ingredients

  • hibiscus tea - 2 tea bags
  • lemons - 1 pc. (small)
  • lime - 1 pc. (small)
  • apple juice - 1 cup (200 ml)
  • sparkling water - 2 1/2 cups (500 ml)
  • water - 2 cups (400 ml)

How to make

Put the two tea bags of hibiscus tea in 2 cups (400 ml) of boiling water and leave them for 10 minutes to release their flavor. Then remove the tea bags.

When the tea has completely cooled, pour it into a glass jug, add lemon and lime juice and apples. Stir with a long spoon and add cold sparkling water to this kind of non-alcoholic cocktail.

If desired, you can sweeten the healthy hibiscus tea drink with honey.
