Ingredients

  • cocoa - 2 tbsp. (about 10 g)
  • eggs - 1 pc. XL or 2 pcs. M
  • milk - 4.4 fl oz (130 ml)
  • condensed milk - 4.6 oz (130 g)
  • chocolate syrup - 4 tbsp. (or topping)
  • cream - 9 oz (250 g) (confectionery, for whipping)
  • powdered sugar - 2 tbsp (30 g)

How to make

Mix the eggs and pour both types of milk over them. Pour the cocoa and beat until it has completely dissolved.

At the bottom of 4 metal or ceramic flan cups or classic cream caramel cups, pour a spoonful of thick chocolate syrup. If you don't have one, you can replace it with chocolate or caramel topping.

Pour the mixture and place them in a baking pan with cold water.

Bake the chocolate flan at 280°F (140 degrees) for about an hour and a half, or until they have set.

Once they cool down, store the cups in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2-3 hours.

Serve them by turning the dessert onto a tray and garnish them with the whipped cream.
