How to make
Heat the oven to 360°F (180 °C). Melt the sugar on low heat until it caramelizes.
Pour it into 10 small forms. In the meantime, whip the eggs with the egg white, add the water, milk, banana, vanilla and salt.
Distribute into the forms. Arrange the flans into trays with water halfway up the forms and bake 50-60 min.
Cool the desserts, decorate with banana slices and serve.
