How to make
Caramelize 1 cup of sugar on the bottom of a pan. In a bowl, beat the eggs until they get a lemon color.
Add in a cup of sugar, the milk and vanilla. Stir again. Pour the mixture over the caramel, after it has hardened. Bake at 320°F (160 °C) for 1 hour max. Pierce with a fork to see if the cake is ready (the fork needs to come out clean).
