Ingredients

  • cherry tomatoes - 15 pcs.
  • gouda - 7 oz (200 g)
  • kale - 7 oz (200 g)
  • pumpkin seeds - 3 tbsp.
  • sliced almonds - 3 tbsp.
  • dried cranberries - 4 tbsp.
  • For the dressing
  • olive oil - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 ml) or by taste
  • honey - 1 tbsp. (liquid)
  • mustard - 1 tbsp.
  • water - 2 tbsp.
  • lemon juice
  • salt - by taste

How to make

Clean the kale from the veins and wash it.

Cut it into pieces and pour it into a salad bowl.

For the dressing, mix the olive oil, honey, mustard, water, lemon juice and salt.

Pour it over the kale and mix the salad well.

Add the diced gouda cheese along with the blueberries and the halved cherry tomatoes.

Mix the vitamin-rich salad well and divide it into several portions.

Sprinkle it on top with pumpkin seeds and sliced almonds.
