"Do not go for the biscuits and sweets, prepare these healthy breakfast bars with oats and sesame seeds instead"

Ingredients

  • fine oatmeal - 2 cups
  • brown sugar - 1 cup
  • eggs - 1 large
  • oil - 2/3 cup
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • flour - 1 cup
  • sesame seeds - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • honey - 1 full tbsp.

How to make

All of the ingredients are mixed. Spread out the mixture in a tray, which is lined with baking paper. Smooth it out.

Bake it in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes. Take it out and cut into pieces, place the pieces back into the tray and bake them in the oven for another 10 minutes or until they aquire a golden brown color.

When you take it out of the oven, cut the pieces again with the knife.

Leave them to cool down completely and enjoy the breakfast bars.
