Ingredients

  • vegetables - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • carrots
  • celery
  • parsley

  • green beans

  • bone broth - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • lard - 1 tablespoon
  • sour cream - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • eggs - 1
  • flour - 1 tablespoon
  • sugar - 1 cube

How to make

Fry the diced carrot in the lard, add the sugar and flour, fry, dilute with a little broth and then boil.
