Clean the mushrooms well and cut the stumps lengthwise into relatively thick strips and you can cut the caps however you like.
Heat olive oil over high heat and cook them briefly with a little salt.
When they start to bake, add the butter and garlic (cut into small or thin slices) and cook for a few more minutes until the mushrooms soften well and absorb the aroma of the garlic and butter.
Add vinegar and parsley, stir briefly and serve the mushrooms in butter immediately.
The bronze boletes in butter are delicious and easy to prepare.
