How to make

Clean the mushrooms.

In a deep bowl, mix the wine, vinegar, oil, salt and sugar.

Boil the marinade.

Add the garlic.

Once the marinade has boiled, soak the mushrooms in portions for about 2-3 minutes.

Arrange the prepared mushrooms in sterilized jars.

Allow them to cool.

Add spices of your choice in each jar - peppercorns, dill, bay leaf.

Pour the marinade over the mushrooms, close each jar with a well-sealed lid.

Boil the jars for 10 minutes.

Store them in a cool place.

The prepared marinated mushrooms can be eaten as soon as they have cooled down without being sterilized.

The marinated field mushrooms with white wine are uniquely delicious and are a great appetizer for cold beer or white wine!

Delicious!
