How to make
The recipe is for dry wine, but I add a little honey so that the wine is not sour. You can add up to 500 grams of it or turn it off - it's a matter of preference.
Wash the apples and without peeling them, cut them into thin slices. Place them in the water in a large pot over medium heat.
Boil them for 5-6 minutes, while stirring occasionally and then allow them to cool for two hours.
In a bowl mix the honey with the cinnamon and yeast, the honey should be liquid.
This mixture is poured over the apples and the dish is wrapped in a cloth, leaving air to enter from somewhere.
The homemade wine is left to stand for 2 to 4 days and is then stirred, filtered and poured into bottles, which are then stored in the refrigerator.
The dry apple wine is ready.
