Vanilla cream with semolina and chocolate for the joy of the whole family.
The milk is mixed with the sugar and placed on the stove until it boils.
The semolina is sprinkled over the milk, while stirring constantly.
Once the mixture begins to thicken, remove it from the heat and add salt, vanilla and butter.
Distribute the cream with semolina in cups and leave it to cool.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. It is placed in a pouch with a round tip.
All sorts of figures are piped out onto baking paper. Leave them to set and decorate the dessert with semolina with them.
