For this apricot pie sift the flour, add sugar, salt, yeast, melted butter and milk.
Knead the dough and leave it for 2 hours.
Separate 1/5 of the dough for decoration.
Spread out the rest of the dough in the pie tin and sprinkle it with the starch.
Arrange the halved apricots, pour honey over them and sprinkle them with vanilla sugar to complete your sweet village-style pie.
From the rest of the dough, make a decoration and bake the village-style pie with apricots at 360°F (180°C) for 35 minutes.
