measures

How to make

The peeled and cleaned apples are cut into thin crescents. Drizzle them with alcohol and drops of citrus juice and leave them aside until they need to be used.

Beat the eggs with the salt and vanilla sugar. Add the milk, water, oil and finally the flour, while continuing to beat at a slow speed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. It may seem too thin, but at this stage do not add more flour.

Refrigerate it for 1 hour. This will thicken the mixture, but if you find it too liquid again, add a little flour.

Grease the bottom of the pan with a non-stick bottom and heat it over medium heat.

Put the apple pieces in the crepe mixture and stir.

When the pan heats up, put a ladle of the crepe mixture and distribute it evenly on the bottom, as well as the pieces of fruit.

Bake it for 2 minutes on one side, then turn it for a minute on the other. This time is approximate, you can prepare them as you like.

Serve the delicious apple crepes warm.

Enjoy!

* If you are making crepes for children, replace the alcohol with non-alcoholic fruit liqueur.
