How to make
The apples from which I prepared the puree are completely organic, or as I call them Village fruits. This means that almost no one cares for them and suggests that they have not been processed.
The trees are medium-sized, packed with fruit, some with worms, which says they are completely clean in composition.
The apples are washed, cleaned of the seed. I purposely did not peel them so that part of the vitamins from the peel could remain and cut them into small pieces.
Put them in pot, pour the water and leave them over moderate heat until they have softened with periodic stirring.
They are removed from the hob and poured into a large blender/robot to grind, into a fruit puree.
Pour the whole mixture into a large strainer and with the help of a silicone spatula begin to stir to allow the puree to come through. The puree is completely smooth and the consistency is as smooth as velvet. One part of the strainer should remain dry - about 1 handful.
Divide it into small jars, which are closed with a lid.
Put them in a deep pot, pour water, one finger above the lids, and boil for 5-7 minutes.
They are removed from the water and turned over so that the lids can fully be sealed.
They are kept in a cool and dark place.
The silky delicate baby puree is completely ready for consumption.
