How to make
In a bowl, mix the water with the olive oil and add as much salt as you like.
Add the pre-sifted flour to the liquid ingredients.
By hand, knead an elastic dough and if you think that it is too soft, add flour and if it is sticky, add a little more olive oil. Finally add the sesame seeds and spices and knead until everything is evenly distributed.
Once it is done, let it rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
It can be rolled out onto a countertop - it doesn't stick because of olive oil, it can also be rolled out onto foil, if you don't want to make a mess. The thinner you roll it out, the crispier they will turn out.
Using a knife, cut the crackers into strips.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 10-15 minutes.
Bake the crackers onto baking paper or in a non-stick pan.
