Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs into a bowl. Melt the butter and pour it over the biscuit crumbs. Knead them with your hands, so that they can absorb the butter and the mixture can set.
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with a mixer until you get a smooth and creamy mixture. Add the powdered sugar and beat again. Halve the vanilla pod and add the seeds to the mixture. Start adding the eggs one by one, while beating the mixture after each one. Add the lime juice.
Form the base of the cheesecake by pressing the biscuit mixture tightly against the bottom and walls of the form.
Pour the cheesecake mixture. Bake it at 320°F (160 degrees) for an hour.
