How to make
A great idea for an easy vegan pear cake, suitable for the autumn season, when there are plenty of pears!
For the recipe you need to use a tea cup with a capacity of 8.5 fl oz (250 ml) to measure the amount of products.
First, peel and cut the pears into medium-sized cubes.
Separately in a bowl, mix with a wire whisk all of the ingredients for the dough in the following order: warm water, soda, unrefined sunflower oil, brown crystal sugar, apple cider vinegar and thicken them with corn, wheat and wholemeal flour.
Finally, add the prepared in advance fruit and cinnamon for flavor. Spread the mixture in a small pan, which we have previously greased with sunflower oil and sprinkled with a little flour.
Bake the pear cake at 360°F (180 degrees) for about 30 minutes and optionally on the 20-25th minute of baking - you can generously sprinkle the cake with brown crystal sugar to melt and sweeten it further.
Leave the fruit cake to stand and cool down (if it is left overnight, it is even juicier and sweeter), cut it into square pieces and it is ready to be served.
This autumn cake is a wonderful afternoon breakfast!
Wonderfully Tasty!
