Ingredients

  • strained yogurt - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • blackberries - 10.5 oz (300 g) (fresh or frozen)
  • sugar - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • honey - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • vanilla sugar - 0.35 oz (10 g)

How to make

Sprinkle the blackberries with the sugar and boil them until the sugar has completely dissolved. Set them aside to cool.

Blend them and rub them through a sieve, in order for a smooth fruit puree to be obtained.

The strained yogurt, honey and vanilla are mixed in a bowl. Add the blackberry puree and mix everything well.

Pour the mixture into a suitable bowl and place it back into the freezer to set.

It is desirable to leave the frozen yogurt at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before serving it!
