How to make
Cut the ribs. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the ribs, salt. Fry them on low heat for 10 minutes, turn them often.
All products for the sauce are mixed and poured over the ribs. Cover the pan with a lid and leave on low heat for 1 hour or until the ribs are done, and the sauce thickens. Turn the ribs over several times.
The Chinese pork ribs are served with chopped onions and strips of orange zest. Note: you can prepare the orange sauce by warming a little oil and mixing it with orange juice. Simmer on a medium stove until reduced.
