Ingredients

  • carob powder - 2 level top tsp.
  • cocoa powder - 2 level top tsp.
  • dark chocolate - 3 pieces (grated)
  • brown sugar - 1 1/2 tsp.
  • water - 1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml)
  • ceylon cinnamon - 1 pinch
  • ginger powder - 2 pinches
  • cardamom - 3 grains of dried pod

How to make

The hot chocolate is a mix of spices that have a warming effect with a wonderful aroma and strong antioxidant protection to boost the immunity!

In a suitable cookware for boiling hot chocolate, place 3 pieces of dark chocolate which have been grated on the finest grater in advance. Pour a little water (3 tablespoons) and place it on the stove, while stirring it for only 3 minutes, in order to melt the chocolate.

Add 1 cup of water and the other products - carob powder, cocoa powder, brown cane sugar, cinnamon, ginger powder and the 3 grains of cardamom. Stir all of the ingredients and leave them to boil for 5 minutes, then remove the pot from the hob and strain the liquid through a strainer and pour it into a tea cup.

In order for it to have the desired effect on the body, it is desirable to drink this warming antioxidant drink while it is still warm!

Its ingredients are immunostimulating, with rich flavors and aromas!
