  • sugar - 2 tsp.
  • salt - 3 tsp.
  • water - 1 and 1/2 cups
  • vinegar - 1 and 1/2 cups
  • mustard grains - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper - 10 grains
  • butter - 3 tbsp.

How to make

The parasol mushrooms are cleaned and washed. Boil them for ten minutes in water and take them out from it. Then the marinade of the indicated amounts of water, salt, sugar and vinegar is boiled on a heated hob.

Put the mushrooms in it and leave them to boil for another 15-20 minutes. Then remove from the heat and add the butter, black pepper and mustard to the marinade.

The parasol mushrooms are left in the marinade for 1-2 hours, after which they are strained and served on their own or combined with other products.
