  • field mushrooms - about 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • vinegar - 1/2 cup
  • water - 1/2 cup
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 2 tsp.
  • bay leaf - 4 - 5 pcs.
  • black pepper grains - 7 - 8 grains

How to make

Make the marinade by mixing the oil, vinegar, water and add the sugar and salt. Bring the liquid to a boil.

Clean the mushrooms by peeling them and washing them. Cut the larger ones in half.

Once the marinade has boiled, add the spices and add the mushrooms. Cook for 7-8 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the mushrooms to cool in the marinade.

Strain and serve them chilled.
