How to make
Make the marinade by mixing the oil, vinegar, water and add the sugar and salt. Bring the liquid to a boil.
Clean the mushrooms by peeling them and washing them. Cut the larger ones in half.
Once the marinade has boiled, add the spices and add the mushrooms. Cook for 7-8 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the mushrooms to cool in the marinade.
Strain and serve them chilled.
