How to make

Wash the fruit and cut the peaches and plums into large cubes. Put the fruit in a pot and pour enough water to cover them.

Place the pot on the stove to boil and boil them until they soften. Sugar is not needed here, the fruit have their fruit sugar. Strain them through a colander and separate the fruit from the syrup.

Soak the gelatin with 3-4 tablespoons of cold water and leave it to set. Pour it in the hot syrup and mix it well.

Arrange the fruit in three glass cups, drizzle them with a spoonful of honey on top, pour the syrup on them, a spoonful of chia seeds and mix them lightly with a wooden skewer.

Leave the jelly for 1 night in the refrigerator to set. Serve the jelly with some whipped cream on top, sprinkled with crumbled cocoa biscuit.
