How to make
Beat the eggs, cream cheese and agave syrup into a bowl.
Add the vanilla, oil, yogurt, starch and baking powder. Stir well and chop the prunes and add them into the mixture.
Peel the peaches, cut them into pieces and arrange them on the bottom of a Teflon baking pan. Pour the mixture on top and level it out.
Bake the fruit cake at 360°F (180°C) for 35 minutes.
Leave the baked dietary cake with peaches and prunes for 3-4 hours to harden, cut it into pieces and serve it with afternoon coffee, or eat it as a healthy snack.
