How to make
Warm up the milk slightly and add the dry yeast and sugar. Wait a few minutes for it to activate.
In a bowl, place the eggs, oil, yogurt, milk with yeast and salt. Add a little flour and knead a soft dough.
Wrap it with a towel and leave it in a warm place to triple in volume.
Divide the risen dough into four equal parts. Roll out each ball into a circle, grease it with plenty of butter, but do not grease the last one.
Place them on top of each other. Place a small bowl or cup in the center. From the cup to the edges, cut it into 8 parts.
Twist each part twice. Remove the bowl/cup and let it rise again until it doubles in volume.
Spread the fluffy pogaca with the egg yolk, which you set aside, mixed with 1 tbsp. oil and 1 tbsp. milk.
Place the fluffy pogaca for novice cooks in a non preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees).
Bake the pogaca until it is ready.
