How to make
Melt the butter in the microwave or on the hob. Dissolve the yeast in the milk.
Put the flour on the kitchen counter, make a well and add all of the products. Knead a soft dough.
Leave it to rise at room temperature for 1.5 hours. Cut the risen dough into balls of 3.5 oz (100 g). Roll out each ball into an oval shape. Put the filling at one end and wrap it into a roll.
Arrange them in a tray lined with baking paper at a distance. Spread them with egg yolk, milk and oil.
Leave them to rise again. Bake them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C), until they're fully baked.
Take out the baked rolls and sprinkle them with powdered sugar. The fluffy rolls for kids are ready!
