How to make
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water, by adding the salt and sugar. Leave it to activate.
Sift the flour and form a well. Put the yeast, yogurt, oil and add the eggs, by setting aside one yolk for spreading.
Knead a soft dough and let it rise in a warm place. Stir again. Shape the pogaca.
Make slits in the top and sprinkle generously with seeds. Spread the pogaca with the beaten yolk using a brush and let it rise again in a greased baking pan.
When it rises, put it to bake in an oven at 210°F (100°C), gradually increasing the degrees to 340°F (170°C). Bake until golden.
Cover the baked pogaca with a towel for a while.
The pogaca with seeds is very successful.
