How to make
Put the yeast in slightly warmed milk along with a little sugar and a few spoons of flour. Leave it aside to activate for about 10 minutes.
Sift the flour, pour it into a bowl, mix it with the salt and make a well in the middle.
Pour the oil, the yogurt, the already activated yeast and the beaten egg (saving some of it for spreading) into it.
Knead the dough along with the butter and let it rise for about 60 minutes. Wrap it well with cling film.
Then divide the dough into 6 equal parts and roll them out separately into a thin crust with a wooden rolling pin.
Butter them and lay them on top of each other - shape this beautiful pogaca as desired.
Let it rise a little more, spread it with the remaining beaten egg mixed with oil and a little milk.
Put it in the oven at about 180°C until done.
Enjoy my successful pamuk pogaca with yeast.
Enjoy your meal!
