Ingredients

  • ham - 4 smoked slices
  • chinese cabbages - 1
  • duck broth - 4 1/5 cups (1 liter)
  • sesame seeds - 1 tsp
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • soya sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • wine vinegar - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 1 egg yolk
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Cut the ham into small cubes. Cut the Chinese cabbage into small pieces and boil it in the duck broth for 10 minutes. Add the sesame seeds, chopped garlic, ham, soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper and salt in that order.

Boil for 10 minutes over low heat. Then add the whipped yolk. Serve hot immediately.
