"And while some chefs are still arguing over how many eggs to put in a cake, the masters would like to offer you a true work of art - cake with rice and beer."

Ingredients

  • eggs - 2
  • sugar - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • beer - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • baking powder - 1 pack
  • flour - 1 cup (240 g)
  • vanilla - 3
  • rice - 2/5 cup (100 g) cooked and cooled
  • cocoa - 2 tsp
  • powdered sugar - 2 tsp
  • oatmeal - 4 tsp, fine
  • nutmeg
  • cinnamon

How to make

Beat the eggs with sugar. Add the oil and beer while stirring. Sift the flour with the baking powder and vanilla and while sifting again, add it in parts to the wet mixture.

Blend the cooked rice with the sugar, cocoa, cinnamon, nutmeg and oatmeal. Add half of the pie mixture carefully on top of them. Mix thoroughly.

In cake molds, pour in the white mixture, and on top of it - the rest. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven, for about 40 minutes.
