How to make
Boil the rice in 3 cups water, with 3 pinches of salt. Drain. The dock is scalded in boiling water. Drain and chop finely.
Grease a pan with oil and fry the grated onion and dock. Mix the cooled rice, dock, crumbled cheese and mix it with the eggs.
2 by 2, bake the crusts in the oven, leaving 2 raw for the top and bottom. in the bottom of a greased baking dish arrange two raw crusts - put stuffing, baked pastry – stuffing, and finally ending the top with two layers of raw dough.
Poke with a fork, pour hot oil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until browned. Remove, grease and turn to stew and soften. Having cooled down, cut it into pieces.
