Ingredients

  • hot peppers - 6.6 lb (3 kg)
  • garlic - 1 head
  • carrots - 4 - 5 pcs.
  • dill - 1 bunch
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • salt - 4 tbsp.
  • sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • oil - 1 cup (200 ml)
  • vinegar - 2 cups (400 ml)

How to make

The hot peppers are cleaned from their handles, washed and slightly bake them on the stove. Put them in a large pot.

While they are still warm, add the other products. Grate the garlic and carrots on a coarse grater and add to the peppers. Add the chopped dill and parsley.

I then add salt, sugar, oil and vinegar. Stir well and let it stand for an hour or two.

Arrange them in jars and distribute the marinade evenly. If it is not enough, I fill up the jars with water.

Close them and boil them for five minutes to sterilize them. From this dose I got 10 jars of 400 ml.
