How to make
Wash the peppers and clean them from the seeds and stalks. Roast them on all sides until they're done.
Peel them and season them with salt well. They should be salty when you try them.
Put them in washed and dry jars. In a 27 fl oz (800 ml) jar, you can fit about 10 peppers. But it still depends on their size.
Arrange them in a large pot of water and boil them for 10 minutes after the water has boiled.
Take out the jars and turn them upside down for 12 hours.
Store the roasted peppers in a dark and cool place.
