How to make
Roast the peppers on a hot saucepan, hot sheet iron or a tray in the oven, covered with aluminum foil.
Prepare the brine by mixing the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and black pepper peppercorns. Allow it to come to a boil and remove it from the heat.
Stuff the peppers into jars and put cleaned cloves of garlic, small sprigs of parsley and dill between them.
Pour the hot brine into the jars and close them. Store in a cool place.
