How to make
Beat the pork clod into a nice rectangular piece. Brush it with a little oil, sprinkle it liberally with spices and smear it with crushed garlic.
Roll it into a tight roll, place it in a greased dish and pour 2 cups of beer over it. Optionally, sprinkle it with spices on the outside as well. Cover it with foil and let it stand for 2-3 hours.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 °C) and place the meat with foil to bake for about 1 hour. Then remove the foil and bake to a nice tan.
