"Delicious filo pastry with spinach and sparkling water. The aroma of this breakfast is what we love to wake up to."

Ingredients

  • eggs - 5 pcs.
  • white cheese - 10 oz (300 g)
  • yogurt - 3 - 4 tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • butter - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • spinach - 12 oz (350 g)
  • filo pastry sheets - 1 package
  • sparkling water - 1 and 1/2 cups

How to make

Mix the stuffing of 4 eggs, salt, white cheese and yogurt.

Wash, strain and finely chop the spinach in a separate bowl.

Mix the oil and butter in a suitable bowl and melt it on a heated hob.
