How to make
The baking soda is added to the yoghurt, wait for it to activate and add to the beaten eggs.
Add salt, oil, sparkling water and sifted flour.
Knead a soft dough for the mekitsi. Leave it covered with foil for 30 minutes.
The dough is torn into balls and with greased hands, the mekitsi are formed, which are fried in hot oil on both sides, until they're ready.
From this dose 16 pieces of mekitsi with yogurt and sparkling water were obtained.
