  • mayonnaise - 7 oz (200 g)
  • butter - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • vegetable spice - 1 tsp.
  • savory herb - 1 tsp.
  • fresh parsley - 1/2 bunch

How to make

First, boil the potatoes until they are completely soft, then pour them into a large baking pan and mash them until they turn into mashed potatoes.

While cooking the potatoes, in another pot, boil both of the chicken drumstick until they are fully cooked, debone them, use only the meat, cut it into small pieces and do not use the skin.

To the already mashed potatoes add the sliced ​​chicken, add the finely chopped pickles, the mushrooms (also finely chopped), the vegetable spice, the savory herb and the butter, which must have previously been left to soften at room temperature.

From the resulting mixture a dough is obtained. Try it and if it is not salty enough add a little salt.

Then shape it into a ball, put it in a tray and shape it into a cake with your fingers. Then let it cool and as it cools, leave it to set in the refrigerator for a day and cover it, so that it does not dry out.

Once the savory cake has set, spread the top and its sides with mayonnaise and sprinkle it with finely chopped parsley.
