How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl, you don't need a mixer, just a wire whisk. Add the milk and orange essence.
Grab a filo pastry sheet, grease it with oil or with melted butter.
On the narrow side it needs to be gathered like an accordion and then twisted into a rose. Arrange the roses in a small tray lined with baking paper.
With a spoon, drizzle the egg mixture over them.
Bake the sweet filo pastries in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) until they aquire a golden color for about 15-20 minuttes.
Remove the filo pastry roses and once it has slightly cooled, divide into individual pieces and transfer it into a plate.
Serve the sweet Turkish filo pastry roses, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
These little filo pastries are great - you will lick your fingers!
For a larger tray, increase the quantity of the products for these filo pastries!
