How to make
Take an arbitrary amount of zucchini. Peel and grate them on a coarse grater. Put them into a shallow pot and boil over low heat to thickening.
Add oil and salt to taste. Fry to the desired consistency. Season with chopped dill, puree in a blender, pour in jars and sterilize 10-15 minutes.
During the winter, season with chopped garlic. This is a great appetizer for brandy.
