  • potatoes - 10
  • ham - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • flour - 3 tablespoons
  • rusks - 1/2 cup crushed
  • eggs - 2
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Boil the potatoes until slightly soft, peel them and cut them into pieces or slices, 1/2″ (1 cm) thick, chop the ham finely and mix it with the crushed rusks and flour.

Separately, beat the eggs. Heat the oil, roll each potato first in the dry mixture, then eggs. Fry the potatoes until browned and serve them with vegetables.
