Ingredients

  • tofu - 7 oz (200 g)
  • corn flour - for rolling
  • water - 2 cups
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • himalayan salt - 1 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp. + more for sprinkling
  • plum jam - 1 jar

How to make

The tofu is washed under running water and cut into chunks. Put it in water along with the vinegar, salt and olive oil.

Soak it for 10-15 minutes, then roll it in flour.

Arrange the bites in a tray lined with baking paper.

Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and bake them in a preheated 390°F (200 degree) oven for about 20 minutes.

Turn them after the first ten minutes, so they can be baked evenly.

Serve them slightly chilled with plum jam.
