Ingredients

  • tofu - 7 oz (200 g) with olives
  • flour - 5 oz (140 g)
  • bananas - 1 pc.
  • olive oil - for frying
  • blueberry jam - 100 g

How to make

The tofu is washed with cold water and dried. Cut it into pieces around 0.6″ (1.5 cm) thick.

Prepare the breading in a large bowl. Mash the banana to make a puree. Add the flour and pour about 1/2 cup (100 ml) water.

Mix the breading and dip the tofu pieces in it. Fry them in hot olive oil, then place them on kitchen paper to drain them from the fat.

The breaded tofu is served with blueberry jam.
