Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • vegetable broth - 1/2 cube
  • salt - to taste
  • eggs - 2

How to make

The products are for around 25-30 baskets. Peel the potatoes, boil them.

Mash them, add the eggs, butter, salt and crushed broth. Shape them like baskets. Put grated feta cheese and cheese as desired on each basket.

Put them in a buttered tray and slide them to bake in the oven. Bake until browned.
